At Stonewell Cottages and Vineyards, we share with our guests our small slice of heaven with the opportunity to ecape and rejuvenate on our private 103 acre vineyard property. Situated in a unique, secluded vineyard and waterfront setting, on the western side of the Barossa, close to Barossa's best cellar doors and restaurants, Stonewell is just four kilometres from the town of Tanunda and only an hour’s drive from Adelaide. Surrounded by distant rolling hills, tranquil water at your doorstep and the ever-changing beauty of the vines, here you will find time to relax, recharge and reconnect. Here at Stonewell, you will find the perfect place to stop a while, escape and rejuvenate. The luxury accommodation provides a tranquil world away from stress and hectic schedules, a place where you can choose to do as much or as little as you like.

Our accommodation features two suites and two cottages, the Haven Spa Suites (Suite 1 and Suite 2), the Hideaway Cottage and Cupid’s Cottage. Each accommodation choice is surrounded by vineyard and cottage gardens and all have cosy wood fires, two person spa baths and lake views. The well equipped kitchens are stocked with fresh local produce for self-preparation breakfasts, and each suite and cottage has its own private garden courtyard with BBQ, outdoor setting and sun lounges.

Sleep in and wake up to the serenade of the birds. Start the day with a long, lazy breakfast featuring fresh local produce. Feed the friendly ducks, take a row to the island gazebo, throw in a yabbie net or enjoy a bike ride along the vine lined country roads to nearby wineries. Unwind in your candlelit spa, de-stress with a relaxing in-room massage. Dine alfresco in your private garden courtyard with a gourmet regional food platter delivered to your cottage. Sip a wine made from the vines surrounding your cottage as you watch the sun set over the water.

You will be accommodated in either Spa Haven Suite 1 or 2 at the time of booking depending on which suite is available for your dates.

INFO: Maximum occupancy is 2 adults in the Haven Suite. Children and infants cannot be accommodated in the suites. This is one cottage that contains two suites within the same building - there is no sharing of any facilities between the two suites. Each suite has its own separate entrance way, is furnished the same, has the same layout and has its own private indoor and outdoor facilities. Internal Floor Size for each suite is 40sqm (this does not include outdoor verandahs and private outdoor courtyard space) For two couples travelliing together, both suites can be booked to accommodate 4 people.

A minimum of 2 adults must purchase this package staying together.  This package is based on guests staying between Friday and Sunday nights in a Haven Suite.  Click here for midweek packages. All bookings at the time of payment will be on request with confirmation being advised within 24 hours of booking. Should for any reason, your first date preference not be available we will offer an alternative date and adjust your booking arrangements to suit or provide a refund.  Please select your check in date from our calendar and your two nights will be booked from then.  Rates are valid for stays from 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.
