Enjoy the serenity and stillness of the upper Swan River as you paddle your double kayaks towards Mandoon Winery for an all inclusive wine tasting at the magnificent Mandoon Estate.
We meet at Mandoon Winery in the Swan Valley before transporting you down-stream by car to your launch site at Woodbridge Park. Your guide will carefully explain how to paddle your very safe and stable kayaks. Then we gently launch you onto the river and take our time paddling from Woodbridge Park to Mandoon Winery. This usually takes about 45 minutes.
On arrival you may change (if you want) before we enjoying a wine tasting at the wonderful cellar door facilities. After this you may wander off at your own pace or stay and continue to enjoy Mandoon and its choice of restaurants.
Our tour is designed to be relaxing and non strenuous. You do not need to have any paddling experience as your experienced guide will show you how to paddle the very stable kayaks. They are double kayaks so you only have to do half the work.

What's included:
Your kayak, paddles and life jackets. We also have dry bags to help protect your wallets, keys and camera. At the end we pack away the kayaks and then we buy you a coffee, tea or cool drink as we sit and enjoy the peaceful setting. We provide you a safety briefing and show you how to paddle these very stable sit-on top kayaks and our guides carry a first aid kit for your safety. No paddle experience is needed.
Tour Duration:
You will paddle slowly for about 45 minutes but the whole duration of this experience is 2 hours
What to wear and bring:
- You need to bring your own weather protection clothing including a hat and sunscreen
- Bring a full water bottle
- Shoes that can be worn in the water like reef shoes, wet-suit shoes or old sandshoes (not essential)
- A change of clothes
Tour Departs:
10.30am (from October) - Start and finish at the main entrance of Mandoon Winery. Meet your guide here. They will be wearing white long sleeved shirts with GoGo Active logos.
