Adelaide City to Sea Bike Tour

We have the perfect bike tour to experience Adelaide as a local.  This relaxed small group guided ride takes you all the way from the city to the sea while showing you a unique and fun way to spend a day in Adelaide.  Cycle your way along the inspiring river trails to the beach where a landscape of blue seas and golden sands awaits. Once arrived at the beach the ride continues along the spectacular foreshore to the favourite coastal centres of Henley Beach and Glenelg.  Minimum age of 12yrs to participate.

Cleland Hike & Wildlife Tour

This experience offers a great way to maximise your day while connecting with nature. Starting out on the self-guided Waterfall Gully to Mount Lofty Hike, trek to the summit to enjoy the panoramic views overlooking the Adelaide Plains and Gulf St. Vincent. Then follow the trail to Cleland Wildlife Park and spend the rest of the day engaging with some of Australia’s most unique and curious wildlife!  Child rate applies 4-15yrs.

Tour Departs:

Monday and Friday's at 8.00am from The Joinery, 111 Franklin Street Adelaide - 7 hour tour duration 

PLEASE NOTE: This hike is graded as hard. The Waterfall Gully to Mount Lofty Hike involves steep sections and uneven surfaces and a good level of fitness and mobility is required. The hike is approximately 2 – 3 hours return (7.8km). The tour has a minimum age requirement on 12 and is not recommended for young children. We recommend wearing comfortable walking/hiking shoes, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses and bring a small lightweight backpack for personal items. Bring a full reusable water bottle which can be refilled for free at Mount Lofty Summit with fresh spring water.

Kangaroo Island Full Day Tour includes ferry return from Adelaide

For those with limited time, experience the highlights of South Australia’s premier nature-based tourism destination, Kangaroo Island.

As one of our most popular day tours, you will see a number of the major attractions of Kangaroo Island. Visit Seal Bay Conservation Park where you will be taken on a beach walk with an experienced guide and be amongst a colony of rare Australian sea lions. Get up close and see these wild creatures frolic and laze about – a truly amazing Experience. Then enjoy a delicious two course lunch at Vivonne Bay Bistro, set in a beautiful Australian bushland.

Spend the afternoon in the Flinders Chase National Park, which was devastated in the worst fire to ever hit the island in January 2020. You’ll see that the regeneration of the native bush occurs so quickly after the event and there will be many opportunities to take photos. As you travel through the park, keep an eye out for echidnas, wallabies, reptiles, and koalas. See the rugged coastline from walks around Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. Remarkable Rocks provide great photographic opportunities, and the Admirals Arch boardwalk takes you down a rugged cliff face to reveal the spectacular rock archway, a natural nursery and safe haven for playful Long-nosed Fur Seals.

Your last visit of the day is to the Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park to feed some kangaroos and get up close to the Kangaroo Island Koalas while listening to the Keeper talk about the cuddly mammals. There is also a possibility that you will see more kangaroos and wallabies on your return to Penneshaw for your return ferry and coach transfer back to Adelaide.

From Adelaide, this tour is a 16 hour day that includes travel to and from Kangaroo Island. You do get time to rest during your ferry transfers & coach travel between attractions.

16 hours - you will get some rest during your coach & ferry transfers.
