How are the Sightseeing Passes bundled?
We’ve identified the most popular experiences booked by international, domestic and intrastate markets then created a suite of ‘bundled’ passes combining these into a ‘Best of…’ range. Then we considered the key motivating interests from some markets and developed a range of ‘experience’ passes such as Coastal and Acquactic, Food and Wine, Nature and Beauty, Urban Culture, etc.
What is a ‘Self-Drive’ pass?
These are attractions and tours that are likely to be booked if you were to hire a rental car or have access to your own vehicle. We like to showcase attractions and tours that you don’t require ‘other’ an escorted tour with other travellers. There are plans for a lot more attractions being added to this section so watch this space!

We’re locally based in Perth so we’re familiar with all of the products that feature on our website. You might find your travel agent has never visited Western Australia before and could very well recommend a tour or a product that might not be suited to your needs and interests. We have identified and matched sightseeing experiences and things to do and attractions that compliment each other. It also means that you don’t double up on seeing the same sights or visiting the same place twice.
What if I need to change my date or time after booking?
That’s easy! You will receive a voucher with all of the contact details about the travel operator you’re booked to travel with, so you can contact them directly. They will also have your details in case they’d like to touch base before you tour, seeking additional information or just to say ‘Hi’ before you arrive.
I’ve never booked a holiday online before, can I book over the telephone?
Sightseeing Pass Australia is a complete online booking service and we offer 24 hour, 7 days a week customer service via email to support your booking enquiries. Please send email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or just call us as we’d be happy to chat over the phone about your travel plans and offer extra advice.
We will respond to each query we receive within 12 to 24 hours. If you’re having problems booking online, please call our centre Mon-Fri between 9.00am – 5.00pm Western Standart Time (WST) in Australia. Sat & Sun your call will be answered at our earliest convenience. International callers can dial +61 430 857-165. Please not that our call centre hours are subject to change.
